“Light up the Parks Parade”

View the parade on Elms St where many houses will be decorated
Parade kicks off at 4:45 (Starting at GE Aviation)
Parade participants are welcome – call, email Dawn (see below) or stop by City Hall for an entry form
Participants start lining up at 3:30 pm.
