1. Resolution to hold a public hearing concerning the exchange of city-owned real estate at 4096 Interstate Blvd. with real estate held by Interstate Boulevard Properties LLC, along and North of Starwood Drive.

2. Resolution authorizing the Police Chief to purchase two 2020 Ford Interceptor Utilities from Rock River Ford.

3. Resolution authorizing the Loves Park Police Department to accept donations from the public to help offset the total project cost for adding a second patrol dog.

4. Resolution authorizing the Water Department Manager to hire Brandon Elmer for the position of Public Works Operator in the Water Department, effective November 7, 2019.
