1. Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract for the purchase of six fixed-point license plate recognition packages for the Loves Park Police Department.

2. Resolution identifying a fire truck purchase with Debt Certificates, Series 2019.

3. Resolution authorizing the promotion of David Jacobson to the position of Water Distribution Lead at a wage rate of $30.55 per hour, to be effective August 13, 2019.

4. Resolution authorizing the promotion of Steve McDonald to the position of Street Department Foreman at a wage rate of $31.12 per hour, to be effective August 13, 2019.

5. Resolution authorizing the Water Department Manager to hire Mechanical Inc. for emergency repairs to filter plant #1 at a cost not to exceed $41,850.00.
