7. Discussion and Possible Recommendation to the Village Board to approve waiving the turn off fee for 211 Oak Leaf Drive

8. Discussion and Possible Recommendation to the Village Board to approve Ordinance 2019-37 An Ordinance authorizing the Levy and Collection of Taxes for the General Corporate, Liability Insurance, Social Security, and Audit purposes for the fiscal year commencing on May 1, 2019 and ending on April 30, 2020 for the Village of Poplar Grove, Boone County, Illinois.

9. Discussion and Possible Recommendation to the Village Board to approve Ordinance 2019-38 An Ordinance abating the tax heretofore levied for the year 2019 to pay debt service on the general obligation refunding bonds (alternate revenue source), Series 2012A, and general obligation refunding bonds (alternate revenue source), Series 2012B, of the Village of Poplar Grove, Boone County, Illinois

10. Discussion and Possible Recommendation to the Village Board to approve Ordinance 2019-39 An Ordinance abating the tax heretofore levied for the year 2019 to pay debt service on the general obligation refunding bonds (alternate revenue source), Series 2015,of the Village of Poplar Grove, Boone County, Illinois

11. Discussion and Possible Recommendation to the Village Board to approve Ordinance 2019-40 An Ordinance abating the tax heretofore levied for the year 2019 to pay debt service on the general obligation refunding bonds (alternate revenue source), Series 2015B, of the Village of Poplar Grove, Boone County, Illinois

12. Discussion and Possible Recommendation to the Village Board to approve Ordinance 2019-41 An Ordinance of the Village of Poplar Grove amending Section 6-2-4-5 of the Village of Poplar Grove Code of Ordinances regarding Right to Appeal Waterworks and Sewerage Charges and Fees

13. Discussion and Possible Recommendation to the Village Board to approve Resolution 19-41 A Resolution of the Village of Poplar Grove, Illinois to approve and authorize the Village President to execute an Agreement with Sabel Mechanical, LLC with regards to Lift Station Pump Maintenance.

14. Discussion and Possible Recommendation to the Village Board to approve Resolution 19-42 A Resolution of the Village of Poplar Grove, Illinois to approve and authorize the Village President to execute an Agreement with Zoos Are Us Inc. for Petting Zoo Services.

15. Discussion and Possible Recommendation to the Village Board to approve Resolution 19-43 A Resolution of the Village of Poplar Grove Resolving to enter into a Professional Service Agreement for the design & construction of the West Grove Park Improvements
