Success stairs

Stateline Chamber of Commerce issued the following announcement on Nov. 21.

First National Bank and Trust (FNBT) is pleased to announce the promotion of two branch managers.

Amanda McMahon has been promoted to assistant vice president and branch manager of FNBT’s Beloit-Madison Road office located at 1795 Madison Road. McMahon originally joined FNBT in 2010 as a teller services supervisor at the bank’s Roscoe branch and later worked as a personal banker at the Beloit-Cranston Road office. After a year-long hiatus, she rejoined the company as branch manager of the bank’s Delavan office and later transferred to the Beloit-Madison Road office as branch manager. Her experience at the bank positions her well to coach and develop team members to meet the branch profitability goals, identify areas for growth and improvement, and engage both consumer and business customers by providing Sound Advice to help them take advantage of financial opportunities.

A 2008 graduate of Hononegah High School, McMahon attended Rock Valley College where she received her Associate’s Degree in 2010. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in business administration from Judson University in 2017. Active in the community, McMahon recently joined the board of the Beloit Janesville Symphony Orchestra. She is a native of Roscoe, Illinois, and currently lives in South Beloit with her husband, Steve, and their son, Cooper.

Toni Hinds has been promoted to assistant vice president and branch manager at FNBT’s Williams Bay branch. Joining the bank in March of 2016 as manager of FNBT’s Elkhorn office, Hinds now has more than 10 years of banking experience. She values the relationships she has built working with the bank’s customer family to provide Sound Advice as they move from one financial life stage to the next. She holds an associate’s degree in business finance and management from the University of Phoenix. Always striving for excellence, Hinds set a goal for herself to complete the Wisconsin Bankers Association’s mortgage lending school and received a mortgage lending certificate. She has also earned the American Bankers Association’s (ABA) leadership certificate. Hinds is a member of the Williams Bay Business Association. A native of the Delavan and Elkhorn community, and a graduate of Elkhorn High School, she currently resides in Elkhorn with her children, Blake and Cheyenne.
