City of Loves Park Codes & Regulations Committee met September 23.

I. Call to Order – the meeting was called to order by Alderman Peterson, Chairman at 6:15 PM.
Committee Members Present – Alderman Little, Alderman Warden, Alderman Puckett. Also in Attendance – Nathan Bruck, Phillip Jones, Mike Nevicosi, Josh Williams
II. The minutes of the September 9, 2019 meeting were approved upon a motion by Alderman Warden. Second by Alderman Little. Vote 4 – 0 to approve.
III. Items For Consideration
A. R-1 Liquor License request from Lucky Cafe, 401 E. Riverside Blvd.
Motion to approve by Alderman Warden. Second by Alderman Puckett.
Vote 4 - 0 to approve.
B. Special Event Permit for Woodward family and friends 5K Walk/Run.
Motion to approve by Alderman Little. Second by Alderman Warden.
Vote 4 – 0 to approve.
IV. General Discussion – None.
V. Public Comment – None
VI. Adjournment – the meeting was adjourned at 6:23 PM upon motions by Alderman Warden and Alderman Little. Vote 4 – 0 in favor.
