Stateline Chamber of Commerce issued the following announcement on Feb. 17.
First National Bank and Trust (FNBT) is pleased to announce that Dave Zegunis joined the bank as a Residential Loan Originator.
In his new role, Zegunis will be responsible for providing Sound Advice to consumers seeking mortgage loans, building relationships in the community, assisting borrowers with credit counseling, and finding lending programs that best fit the individual needs of homebuyers. He brings more than 20 years of mortgage lending experience to FNBT. Zegunis enjoys assisting customer with all of their home loan questions, and believes they should be treated how he would want to be treated.
Zegunis has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Fine Arts from Beloit College. Before his mortgage lending career he was certified in welding inspection with the American Welding Society. In his free time, he is the director for the Home Builders Association of the Greater Rockford Area and attends community events such as Young Professionals Network, Rockford Area Association of Realtors, and Rockford Area Chamber of Commerce as a representative of FNBT. Hobbies he enjoys include golfing, fishing and yard work.
