Mayor Smith shared an idea for a family-size swing that would be accessible at the City Park all year round but would be decorated at Christmas for those wanting family pictures. Another suggestion was the creation of a waling trail at Maple Hill Park with fitness stations. Road millings from projects in town could be used for the trail at no cost and the project could be done in phases.

The second item on the agenda was the pool opening. Andy stated that the state has made it possible for pools to open during Phase 3. No motions were made.

The third item on the agenda was 2020 pool rates. Andy explained that with the late opening of the pool, the City is losing 30 percent of the pool season. Starting with Phase 4, 50 people will be allowed to occupy the pool. However, three of those people will need to be lifeguards. Hourly counts will be conducted to determine if the number of pool occupants is under 47. Andy explained that he would like to have resident pool passes cost $30 and nonresident $40. There will be no refunds on pool passes for any reason. Adult lap swim will cost $1 and public swim will be $5. A resident family pass will be $100. Non-resident family passes will be $125.
