1. Proposed Contract for Tax Increment Financing District consulting services with Kane, McKenna and Associates Inc., in the estimated amount of $34,500. The funding sources are the following TIFS: Amerock, West Side #2, South Rockford, West State/Kilburn, Kishwaukee/Harrison #1, Assisted Living and Kishwaukee/Harrison #2.
