Village of Capron Zoning and Planning Board met July 14.

1. Petition for Map Amendment to the R-3 Multi-Family Residence Zoning District – PIN #’s 04-02-301-023 and 04-02-351-035 (335 North Wooster Street and an adjacent vacant lot)– Submitted by R.K. Johnson & Associates Inc., with the written authorization of D K & B, LLC.
2. Public Comment
Audience members that have signed up prior to the meeting will be allowed to address the board. Audience members will be granted the floor no longer than four minutes and time is non- transferable.
