III. RESOLUTIONS
A. Award of Bid: Pubic Works Materials to Northern Illinois Service Co., of Rockford, Illinois, William Charles Construction, of Loves Park, Illinois, Rock Road Companies, of Janesville, Wisconsin, and N-TRAK Group, of Loves Park, Illinois for an estimated annual value of $250,000.00, based on unit pricing. The contract duration is through August 31, 2021. The funding source is Various Departmental Operating Budgets.
B. Award of Contract Extension: EMS Billing Contract to Andres Medical Billing, of Arlington Heights, Illinois for a contract amount of 6.2% of collections, approximately $440,000. The funding source is Collected Ambulance Revenue. The contract duration is through December 31, 2020.
C. Acceptance of Economic Development Administration (EDA) Revolving Loan Fund (RLF) award in the amount of $704,000. The Revolving Loan Fund (RLF) is specifically for loans to businesses within the City impacted by COVID-19. The Revolving Loan Fund will be administered by the Rockford Local Development Corporation (RLDC).
D. Resolution confirming Community Relation Commission's recommendations on Body Worn Cameras and authorization for City of Rockford staff to pursue and secure Body Worn Cameras for Police Officers.
IV. COMMITTEE REPORTS
A. Vouchers in the amount of $6,441,668.27
B. Ordinance Authorizing the City to Utilize funds from the Public Water Supply Loan Program at the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (IEPA).
C. Approval of the Coronado one year Lease extension between Friends of Coronado (FOC) and the City of Rockford.
