City of Carlyle Finance Committee met Aug. 10.
Here is the minutes provided by the committee:
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Don Perez at 6:45 p.m. at Case Halstead Library. Committee members present included Don Perez, Kent Newkirk, and John Hodapp. Others present included Matt Wilson, Shannon Petrea, Jeremy Weh, Rita Jurgensmeyer, Joe Heiligenstein, Chief Mark Pingsterhaus, Mayor Judy Smith, Andy Brackett, and Martha Reinkensmeyer.
After reviewing the minutes from the August 7, 2020 meeting, John Hodapp made a motion to approve the minutes. Kent Newkirk seconded the motion. After a voice vote, all were found in favor.
The first item on the agenda was the approval of claims. After reviewing the claims, Kent Newkirk made a motion to approve the claims. John Hodapp seconded the motion. After a voice vote, all were found in favor.
There was no old business.
There was no new business.
There were no public comments.
There were no any other comments.
The Committee did not enter executive session so there were no executive session items on which to vote.
With no further business to discuss, Kent Newkirk made a motion to adjourn. John Hodapp seconded the motion. Finding all in favor, the meeting was adjourned at 6:46 p.m.
