Winnebago County issued the following announcement on Sept. 8.
Church Street Closure in the Village of Winnebago in Winnebago County, will be closed to traffic from Tuesday, September 8th, to Wednesday, September 9th, 2020 for replacement of a road culvert. The duration of this work is weather dependent. Motorists are advised to seek alternate routes.
