MEMBERS PRESENT: Aldermen John Jacobson, Mark Peterson, Charles Frykman, John Pruitt

ALSO PRESENT: Mayor Jury, Clerk Burden, Steve Thompson, Attorney Galluzzo, Aldermen Robert Schlensker, Doug Allton, Nancy Warden, Clint Little,

MINUTES APPROVAL: March 30, 2020

Alderman Peterson moved to approve minutes. Second by Alderman Frykman.

Motion carried. 4 Ayes – 0 Nays

ITEMS FOR CONSIDERATION

1. Amending and/or ratifying an ordinance granting special temporary powers and authority to the Mayor of the City of Loves Park, Illinois in response to a declaration of a local state of emergency.

Alderman Peterson moved to approve. Second by Alderman Frykman.

Motion carried. 4 Ayes – 0 Nays

2. Resolution authorizing the City of Loves Park to execute documents to subordinate their security interests in Arachnid 360 LLC.

Alderman Peterson moved to approve. Second by Alderman Frykman.

Motion carried. 4 Ayes – 0 Nays

3. Resolution adopting Amendment No. 19 to the City of Loves Park Comprehensive Group Health Plan in relation to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Alderman Peterson moved to approve. Second by Alderman Frykman.

Motion carried. 4 Ayes – 0 Nays
