IX. OFFICERS REPORTS

A. Alderman Thompson-Kelly

Alderman Thompson-Kelly expressed her desire for small businesses that are reopening along Auburn Street and E. State Street to be allowed to use temporary signage or flags for advertisement purposes.

Mayor McNamara stated city staff was trying to be as accommodating as possible to assist small businesses during this time. He indicated he would have a staff member contact her to discuss this matter.

Alderman Gasparini moved to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Alderman Hoffman. MOTION PREVAILED with a unanimous roll call vote (Aldermen Ervins, Rose and McNeely were absent).
