Committee discussion and a possible motion to send to the Village Board an ordinance granting a variance, under the villages’s Code of Ordinances, Section 82-55 0f the Code of Ordinances to Section 82-7 (f)(2) to allow the construction of a fence beyond the rear of the house for the property commonly known as 6581 Deer Isle Drive, Cherry Valley, Illinois.
2. Committee discussion and a possible motion to send to the Village Board an ordinance granting a variance, under the villages’s Code of Ordinances, Section 82-55 0f the Code of Ordinances to Section 6-41(b)(7) to allow a third pole sign, in the location located on the site plan on file with the Village of Cherry Valley for the property commonly known as 2408 Perryville Road, Rockford, Illinois with certain restrictions as discussed at the village’s Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting on September 23, 2020.
