DHL has donated six computers to Rockford's chapter of SheVets to help veterans in need of internet access.
According to WIFR, the organization is considering creating a computer lab in Rockford Memorial Hall to help veterans gain access to the internet without having to go to the library.
SheVets member Shorty Ogden-Moles said the group will also help veterans who might need assistance learning how to use a computer.
“Having to do online stuff for changing appointments and stuff like that and a lot of it going online," Ogden-Moles said. "And people are having to update their resumes and do a lot of things that they haven’t been able or known how to do, especially our older veterans."
