Comments will be limited to five minutes on topics relating to the Village of Poplar Grove. Be further advised that matters brought up at this time may be referred to the appropriate committee or individual for further discussion or consideration.

2. Waste Water Report, Test Inc no questions for test.

3. Public Works, Mitch Hilden

Dog park construction has started and will ready for next year. Public works building plans are under way and 173 road project is being finished up.

NEW BUSINESS

6. Discussion and possible recommendation to the Village board to approve check disbursement in the amount of $107,098.10 in in AP checks, $13,001.79 in Insurance Expense checks, and $7,853.15 in EFTS for a total of $127,953.04

7. Discussion and possible recommendation to the Village Board to approve Resolution 20- 28 a resolution of the Village of Poplar Grove resolving to award the contract for phase II clean and televise sanitary sewer.

8. Discussion and possible recommendation to the Village Board to approve Ordinance 20- 22 an ordinance of the Village of Poplar Grove, Illinois adopting local coronavirus urgent remediation emergency support program financial support conditions and certifications Motion made by Finance Chairman Miller, Seconded by Trustee Wethington. Motion passed by voice vote.
