2. Motion to approve Resolution 20-29 a resolution of the Village of Poplar Grove to appoint an individual to fill a vacancy in the off of trustee

3. Motion to approve Resolution 20-30 a resolution of the Village of Poplar Grove appointing individuals to fill a vacancy in the Planning and Zoning Committee

6. Motion to approve Resolution 20-32 a Resolution of the Village of Poplar Grove, Illinois approving the annual audit for fiscal year May 1, 2019 - April 30, 2020

Jennifer Martin presented that Audit. The Village had two items on the management letter that need to be addressed. No major issues with the audit and The Village gained to highest marking that can be gained.
Clerk Anderberg swore in new Commissioners Jason Vodnasky and Dan Cheek.
7. motion to approve commercial electricity agreement bids, Rock River Energy

Chad Hickman presented the Village's commercial electricity bid for the Village. Motion made by Finance Trustee Miller, Seconded by Admin Trustee Wethington to amend the motion to approve contract with Direct Energy for 3 years.

President Costanza would like to see if a1 year contract due to being a election year for the Village President.

9. Motion to approve Ordinance 20-21 an ordinance of the Village of Poplar Grove amending section 6-2-6 and 6-2-4-5A of the Village of Poplar Grove code of ordinances regarding the combined waterworks and sewerage system
