Stateline Chamber of Commerce issued the following announcement on Jan. 21.
First National Bank and Trust (FNBT) is pleased to announce officer promotions of two Loan Operations Managers. Tanya Tullock has been promoted to Loan Processing and Secondary Market Manager and Officer; and Kathy Paulli has been promoted to Loan Servicing Manager and Officer.
Tanya Tullock joined FNBT in 2011 after nearly 10 years at another area financial institution where she worked as a Secondary Marketing Operations Coordinator, Mortgage Banking Officer, and later a Financial Analyst. Now with nearly 25 years’ experience in the banking industry, she will manage the daily operations for mortgage and consumer loan processing and secondary market while supervising a staff of ten people. As Loan Processing and Secondary Market Manager and Officer, Tullock is responsible for establishing pricing to meet the current overall market position, and cultivating investor relationships with conduits and similar institutions for sales on a whole loan basis. She earned an associate degree in business from Rock Valley College and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Northern Illinois University. Tullock and her husband have two children who are actively involved in Lacrosse and club soccer so much of their free time is spent attending sporting events and helping family members.
Kathy Paulli joined the bank as a Commercial Sales Administrator in 2018 with over 30 years of experience in consumer and commercial banking. She brings extensive knowledge in many areas including retail, administrative and operations to the organization. While supporting the FNBT Commercial Banking team Paulli was responsible for managing the loan documentation process to ensure accuracy and efficiency. This experience uniquely positions her for her new role as Loan Servicing Manager and Officer where she is responsible for the loan servicing and collateral teams at the bank. Paulli will focus on servicing efficiencies while developing programs and procedures that ensure accuracy and adherence with government and corporate guidelines and regulations. Her commitment to providing excellent customer service and Sound Advice to our customer family ensures that their banking needs are met. Paulli and her husband enjoy spending their free time with their three children and their families, and she volunteers her time with Meals on Wheels in the Beloit area.
Both Tullock and Paulli are based at FNBT’s Beloit-Grand Ave bank location located at 345 E Grand Ave in Beloit, Wisconsin.
