1. Motion to approve minutes from the December 16, 2020 Village Board meeting. 

PUBLIC COMMENT Public Comment is encouraged. The Village Board will receive comments from the public,  pursuant to State Statutes. Comments will be limited to five minutes on topics relating to the Village of Poplar Grove. Be  further advised that matters brought up at this time may be referred to the appropriate committee or individual for  further discussion or consideration.

2. Motion to approve Ordinance 21-01 an ordinance of the Village of Poplar Grove, Illinois  authorizing the village to sell surplus village property  

3. Motion to approve Resolution 21-01 a resolution of the Village of Poplar Grove, Illinois  to approve and authorize the advancement of funds to downstate stabilization program  grantee Mortimer Enterprises, LLC series D/B/A Mortimer's Roadhouse & Grill 

4. Motion to approve Resolution 21-02 a resolution of the Village of Poplar Grove, Illinois  approving the local cure economic support grant program 

5. Motion to approve Resolution 21-03 a resolution of the Village of Poplar Grove to  authorize public bid letting for new public works building and demolition of the former  Forrest Pallett building 

6. Motion to approve Check disbursement in the amount of $181,701.97 in in AP checks,  $13,001.79 in Insurance Expense checks, and $7,853.15 in EFTS. Grand Total:  $202,556.91 

NEW BUSINESS 

7. Motion to approve the Final Plat of Lot BB Re-plat lots 242 & 243 Candlewick Lake Unit  No. 5 Being a re-plat of lots 242 and 243 of Candlewick Lake unit No. 5 being a  Subdivision of portions of Sections 22 & 27, Township 45 North, Range 3 East of the  Third Principal Meridian Boone County, Illinois  

8. Motion to approve the Final Plat of Lot HH Re-plat of sheet 3 Candlewick Lake Unit No. 6  Being a re-plat of lots 38 and 39 of re-plat of sheet 3 Candlewick Lake unit No. 6 being a  Subdivision of portions of Sections 22, 26 & 27, Township 45 North, Range 3 East of the  Third Principal Meridian Boone County, Illinois 

9. Motion to approve the Final Plat of Lot Z Candlewick Lake Unit No. 3 Being a re-plat of  lots 45 and 46 of Candlewick Lake unit No. 3 being a Subdivision of portions of Sections  22, 26 & 27, Township 45 North, Range 3 East of the Third Principal Meridian Boone  County, Illinois
