II. COMMITTEE REPORTS

1. 2021-173-CR - Approval and execution of the Intergovernmental Agreement for the Crisis Co-Response Team Program between the City of Rockford, City of Loves Park, County of Winnebago, and Rosecrance. The Legal Director shall prepare the appropriate ordinance.

B. 2021-166-R - Acceptance of the American Recovery Program Act LIHEAP grant from the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity in the amount of $7,374,735. The grant does not require a cost match. The grant term is from 7/01/2021 to 6/30/2022.

Ald. Durkee questioned the administrative expenses. Director Parham explained that for LIHEAP expenses that are incurred, a number of other community organizations that process LIHEAP applications, also receive funds for the number of applications they process. Ald. Durkee requested the administrative expenses.
