The Arts Council, in partnership with Womanspace and the City of Rockford, is ready for the installment of their SPARK! Summer Program Mosaic Tower Triptych! Please read the attached press release and contact the Arts Council with any questions. We hope you and your friends + family will join us this Thursday, at 4 p.m., on the corner of S. Main and Cedar Streets, across from the Embassy Suites, for the installation and celebration of this community impact sculpture.
