A. Award of Bid: Group 20 Demolitions to Northern Illinois Service Co., of Rockford, Illinois in the amount of $70,086.00 for the demolition of 321 Lincoln Avenue, 621 Gregory Street, 625 Gregory Street, 814 3rd Avenue, 944 South 3rd Street, 1110 Rock Street, 1132 11th Avenue, 1508 South 6th Street, 1605 South 10th Street. The contract duration is upon completion of demolition group. The funding source is Illinois Housing Development Authority - Strong Communities Program.
III. COMMITTEE REPORTS
A. Approval of the Head Start Collaborative Agreement Amendment with Trinity Day Care, Inc. to provide an additional 20 Head Start slots at $6.04 per day for 253 days for a total of $30,563. Trinity Day Care will also be providing 16 Early Head Start slots at $41.50 per day for 253 days for a total of $167,992. Funds are provided by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services/Office of Head Start and the U.S. Department of Education.
