8075 Hickory Trail, Belvidere purchased by Julie Elizabeth and Kevin Martin McGovern

On Aug. 9, Julie Elizabeth and Kevin Martin McGovern purchased a home at 8075 Hickory Trail, Belvidere from William F. and Patricia A. Geist and Geist Family Trust for $250,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $5,448.12, 2.18% of the sale price of the home.

So far in August 2021, this is the only property that sold in Belvidere as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were three registered voters residing at 8075 Hickory Trail as of Oct. 10, 2020: William R. Thompson, 50, Melanie Thompson, 50, and Margaret L Larsen, 100.
