Bridge Rockford Alliance acquires 1224 Arthur Ave., Rockford

On July 26, Bridge Rockford Alliance purchased a three bedroom, one bathroom home at 1224 Arthur Ave., Rockford from Private Wysong (trust) for $40,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $1,686.24, 4.22% of the sale price of the home.

So far in July 2021, 15 properties sold in Rockford.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Ericka L. Potter, 46, was the only registered voter residing at 1224 Arthur Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
