On July 20, Kristine R Beckland sold their home at 2506 Whale Ave., Cherry Valley to Donnie J Vandiver and Kelly M Johnson for $125,000.

So far in July 2021, six properties sold in Cherry Valley.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Kristine R. Beckland has been registered to vote since 1982 and has voted in at least six primary elections, records show, including six Democratic Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 2506 Whale Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Kristine R. Beckland, 68, and Duaine L. Beckland, 72.
