On July 13, Evan M. Olson sold their three bedroom, three bathroom home at 6258 Whitman Parkway, Harlem to Sasha N Stenger for $235,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $4,275.26, 1.82% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Oct. 26, 2016 for $151,000.

So far in July 2021, two properties sold in Harlem.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Evan Olson has been registered to vote since 2017 and has voted in at least one primary election, records show, including one Republican Primary.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 6258 Whitman Parkway as of Oct. 10, 2020: Evan Olson, 32, and Jason Nicholas Roddewig, 26.
