On July 9, Steven J Blomgren sold their four bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 5780 Clarendon Drive, Rockford to Nichole M Smith and Oscar Abrego for $225,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $6,293.24, 2.8% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Sept. 13, 1999 for $120,000.

So far in July 2021, 15 properties sold in Rockford.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Steven J. Blomgren has been registered to vote since 2000 and has voted in at least five primary elections, records show, including one Democratic Primary and four Republican Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were four registered voters residing at 5780 Clarendon Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Karen Blomgren, 60, Elizabeth R. Blomgren, 29, Steven J. Blomgren, 64, and Michelle Blomgren, 32.
