The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $3,582.10, 2.24% of the sale price of the home.

So far in July 2021, this is the only property that sold in Roscoe as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Philip S. Anjanos (63) has been registered to vote since 1995 and has voted in at least two primary elections, records show, including two Republican Primaries.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
