On April 29, Bridge Rockford Alliance purchased a four bedroom, two bathroom home at 502 S. Third St., Rockford from Midland Ira Inc. (trustee) for $90,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $1,316.76, 1.46% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $30,000 on Oct. 1, 2007.

This property is one of eight sales so far in Rockford in April 2021.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were two registered voters residing at 502 S. Third St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Christopher G Prohm, 30, and Kenneth George Sochko, 92.
