I. CALL TO ORDER

Alderman Meeks called the meeting to Order at 6:32 p.m.

II. COMMITTEE REPORTS

1. Committee recommends approval of renewing the Agreement between the City of Rockford and Winnebago Homes Association for the ROCK House located at 1007 15th Street. The Legal Director shall prepare the appropriate ordinance.

Alderman Prunty made a MOTION to APPROVE. Alderman Durkee SECONDED the MOTION.

RESULT: APPROVED BY COMMITTEE [UNANIMOUS] AYES: Durkee, McNeely, Hoffman, Prunty, Meeks

2. Committee recommends approval of renewing the Agreement between the City of Rockford and Winnebago Homes Association for the ROCK House located at 1233 Revell Avenue. The Legal Director shall prepare the appropriate ordinance.

Alderman McNeely made a MOTION to APPROVE. Alderman Durkee SECONDED the MOTION.
