A. Proposed purchase of property at XXX New Milford School Road (Part of Pins 15-23-276-001, 15-23-276-002 and 15-24-151-025) in the amount of $232,200. The property is being sold by Dorothy L. Evans Living Trust and Evans Family Trust. The property is being purchased by the Water Division for the future site of the Well 24 water treatment plant addition as identified in the FY 2022-2026 Capital Improvement Program.
