On Nov. 17, JR Mario Ruiz purchased a four bedroom, one bathroom home at 723 S. Sixth St., Rockford from Linda Ramos for $32,000.

So far in November 2021, 160 properties sold in Rockford.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were two registered voters residing at 723 S. Sixth St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Derek Wayne Ball, 37, and Melissa Ann-Marie Ball, 36.
