On Nov. 22, Janet K. Churchill Janet K. Stinde (formerly known as) and Douglas B. Britt sold their home at 106 Bounty Drive 5, Candlewick Lake to Jonathan M. Vega for $179,000.

The property tax paid for this property in 2020 was $3,344.90. This is 1.87% of the sale price of the home.
