On Oct. 4, Cory Edward Boyle purchased a three bedroom, one bathroom home at 229 Briar Cliff St. 8, Candlewick Lake from Anthony R. and Jennifer Tripoli for $180,000.

In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $3,342.34, which is 1.86% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on April 9, 2013 for $55,000.

So far in October 2021, nine properties sold in Candlewick Lake.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Jennifer Tripoli has been registered to vote since 2012. Anthony Tripoli has been registered to vote since 2016.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
