On Oct. 6, Kyle Burgess and Gisselle Sandoval purchased a home at 905 W. 12th St., Belvidere from Michael J. and Lisa S Halladay for $159,900.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $2,096.32, 1.31% of the sale price of the home.

So far in October 2021, three properties sold in Belvidere.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Lisa S. Halladay has been registered to vote since 1992 and has voted in at least one primary election, records show, including one Democratic Primary. Michael Jordan David Halladay has been registered to vote since 2016.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were four registered voters residing at 905 W. 12th St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Toby Halladay, 28, Lisa S. Halladay, 52, Christopher McKinney, and Michael Jordan David Halladay, 23.
