The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $1,719.74, 1.65% of the sale price of the home.

The last time this home sold was Sept. 10, 2003. It last sold for $85,000.

So far in September 2021, this is the only property that sold in Belvidere as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Kristl Bonet has been registered to vote since 2005. William Bonet has been registered to vote since 2007.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
