On Sept. 3, Jacob Lee Patty purchased a home at 915 W. Boone St., Belvidere from Signature Preferred Properties LLC for $120,000.

In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $2,562.40, which is 2.14% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $70,000 on Nov. 1, 2016.

So far in September 2021, this is the only property that sold in Belvidere as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Jacob Patty (29) has been registered to vote since 2017.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
