On Sept. 15, Erik Caballero and Cinthia C Escobar Hernandez purchased a four bedroom, three bathroom home at 1789 Greenfield Court, Belvidere from Carissa L Sweeney for $290,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $6,639.38, 2.29% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $140,000 on June 11, 2013.

So far in September 2021, this is the only property that sold in Belvidere as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Carissa Sweeney has been registered to vote since 2016.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 1789 Greenfield Court as of Oct. 10, 2020: Matthew Sweeney, 38, and Carissa Sweeney, 35.
