501 W. 10th St., Belvidere unloaded by Bruce L. and Beatrice P. Dabbs

On Aug. 30, Faith C. Dabbs Faith C. Dabbs-Moscato (now known as) purchased a home at 501 W. 10th St., Belvidere from Bruce L. and Beatrice P. Dabbs for $130,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $2,897.72, 2.23% of the sale price of the home.

So far in August 2021, 22 properties sold in Belvidere.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Beatrice P. Dabbs has been registered to vote since 1991 and has voted in at least 14 primary elections, records show, including 14 Republican Primaries. Bruce L. Dabbs has been registered to vote since 1997 and has voted in at least six primary elections, records show, including six Republican Primaries.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
