In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $6,751.94, which is 2.21% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on April 18, 2018 for $198,000.

So far in December 2021, four properties sold in Belvidere.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Carlos G. Flores has been registered to vote since 2018.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 219 Bear Dusk Way as of Oct. 10, 2020: Brian Schickowski, 37, Carlos G. Flores, 28, and Dennis Pawlitz, 61.
