The second half of 2021: Capron experienced a 22.2% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Capron rose by $30,000 while total sales increased by 22.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $165,000 - a 22.2% increase over the $135,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Capron in the second half of 2020.
