Poplar Grove median home prices rose by 18.9% in the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Poplar Grove rose by $37,000 while total sales decreased by 31.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 46 homes sold, with a median sale price of $232,500 - a 18.9% increase over the $195,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 67 homes sold in Poplar Grove in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Poplar Grove for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,908, approximately 2.1% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
