On Feb. 2, Edward M. Deppe (trustee) sold their home at 602 W. Seventh St., Pecatonica to Bret L. and Sarah L. Loos for $100,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $3,525.88, 3.53% of the sale price of the home.

So far in February 2022, this is the only property that sold in Pecatonica as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Lee Michael Cameron, 41, was the only registered voter residing at 602 W. Seventh St. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
