The three bedroom, one bathroom home at 949 Grand Ave., Loves Park was sold on March 2 by Scott F Nelson for $94,000. The buyers were Cody and Nichole Lechner.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $1,424.64, 1.52% of the sale price of the home.

So far in March 2022, this is the only property that sold in Loves Park as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Scott Nelson has been registered to vote since 2019.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 949 Grand Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Scott Nelson, Angela L. Nelson, 46, and Trenton Nelson.
