On March 22, Bullock Sandra (trustee) sold their three bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home at 8802 Polaris Drive, MacHesney Park to Douglas J. Harkness for $160,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $2,904.36, 1.82% of the sale price of the home.

So far in March 2022, 35 properties sold in Machesney Park.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Nancy J. Leitschuh, 77, was the only registered voter residing at 8802 Polaris Drive, MacHesney Park as of Oct. 10, 2020.
