City of Rockford Finance & Personnel Committee met June 6.

Here is the agenda provided by the committee:

I. CALL TO ORDER

II. RESOLUTIONS

A. Award of Bid: 409-411-415 Kishwaukee Street Demolition Package to N-TRAK Group, of Loves Park, Illinois in the amount of $25,970.00. The contract duration is upon completion of demolition group. The funding source is Construction Services Operating Budget.

B. Approval of Acceptance of the Illinois Department of Human Services, Division of Family and Community Services Homelessness Prevention grant in the amount of $487,000.00. The grant term is from July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023 and does not require a cost match. The grant funds will be used to pay for approved client's landlord, electric and/or heating bills, client's budget education, staff training, payroll, and administration.

C. Approval of Acceptance of Winnebago County Community Mental Health Tax Board Mobile Integrated Health - Mental Health Program Grant Award in the amount of $2,005,136.28. The grant term is from June 1, 2022 to May 31, 2023 and does not require a cost match. The grant will be used to fund the Mobile integrated Health - Mental Health Program (MIH-MHP), a collaboration between the City of Rockford Fire Department and SwedishAmerican/UW Health.

D. Approval of Acceptance of Winnebago County Community Mental Health Board: Crisis Co-Responder Team Grant Award in the amount of $1,831,547.21. The grant term is from June 1, 2022 to May 31, 2023 and does not require a cost match. The purpose of the grant is to continue funding the collaboration between the City of Rockford Police Department, Loves Park Police Department, Winnebago County Sheriff's Office, and Rosecrance.
