A. Public participation at committee meetings shall be permitted at all committee meetings by a maximum of five (5) members of the public. Each member of the public may speak for up to three (3) minutes each at each meeting. A written request to address the committee must be submitted to the Coordinator to the Board, 501 7th Street, Rockford, IL, no later than 5:00 p.m. on the Friday immediately preceding the committee meeting in which the member would like to speak, and no earlier than one (1) week prior to the meeting on the form posted on the District’s website at: www.rps205.com.
