City of Rockford Planning & Development Committee met July 18.

I. CALL TO ORDER

Alderman Meeks called the meeting to order at 6:32 p.m.

II. RESOLUTIONS

1. Approval of Application to the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) for the Bridge Investment Program (BIP) Planning Grant for planning, including public engagement and conceptualization for the Jefferson Street Bridge. The amount of the grant funding request is approximately $250,000.

Alderman Meeks read in the Resolution. Alderman Hoffman made a motion to approve the Resolution and Alderman Wilkins seconded the motion. MOTION PREVAILED with a unanimous roll call vote.

Alderman Hoffman moved to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Alderman Wilkins. The meeting was adjourned at 6:34 p.m.
